About Us
Terraform Energies L.L.C, previously Dar Al-Takamul L.L.C, was established in Iraq 2009 by Mr. Khalid Alabdaly to serve the Iraqi energy sector with offerings in automation and project management for a range of projects from installation, commissioning and startup of control systems and instrumentation to repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment like welding machines and valves. We are a local group of industry experts and consultants with experience in the Oil and Gas, Power, Water, Wastewater, Manufacturing and Transportation industries.

Our name change to Terraform Energies represents our evolution and commitment to the full alignment with industry changes toward reduction in Greenhouse Gas emissions. Understanding the magnitude of emissions impact on our climate and life, we are repositioning our business with a new mission and vision to help our customers adapt to GHG emissions and through necessary mitigations with immediate non-technology solutions to implementation of more advanced technologies to cut emissions.
Our Story
We started our journey in 2009 to address the gap in providing quality local services in engineering and consultancy to the Iraqi energy market.

Recognizing our ability to deliver on complex projects, multiple Iraqi and foreign customers acquired our service to address their needs including the Ministry of Electricity of Iraq and EPC subcontractors in the oil and gas industry.

Our local presence with long standing experience in the energy sector were key factors in our success to deliver on our projects.

We covered projects across the different parts of Iraq from North to Middle and Southern Iraq.
Our team is made of industry experts and entrepreneurs including:
